Tried the tortise approach and failed...Congratulations to the rest of the gang for their sucess..It was really hard to even enter the challenge;but,now we hold title of being the first out....Rarely
OK! I am alittle fustrated this week. I've been eating good and working out and you know what the scale said, ".2 lbs" , thats all it had to say to me. My husband is doing great, he lost 4 lbs.
We had dinner out with friends and it went well (Split our dinner and stayed in line).I have added a day of exercise;so,we will have to see this Wednesday what is going on....Have a great week......
I am learning to eat healthy, well balanced meals, and watching portion size, and exercising. Its a little nerve-racking just before you get on that scale, but this week I lost 3.5 lbs:)
First meeting was insightful,both Doctors provided important overview.
Ok, I gained 1 lb., I didnt think we started until our first meeting. We were given some great information on nutrition and portions, and now it's time to get started. We'll talk again next week.
