With my best bud now engaged that gives me a new goal / incentive to loose 15 to 25 more pounds before she sets her wedding date.

Well, I had a great birthday dinner!

The avocado festival had a good turn-out lots and lots of people you could hardly walk.

We will be at the Avocado festival this weekend in Carpinteria. Can't wait to taste the 1st place guacamole and check out the beach later.

I've change my workout routing and I've noticed that my weight hasn't changed at all, a bit discouraging but when I was measured that's where if shows I've lost about 5 inches all over.

Dolores and I joined Curves. When you join they measure, get a body fat count and weight you. I was getting down on my self because my weight loss was small.

In this day and age, that movie we watched "Super Size" is the american way. Even now when we try to lose weight, I still go the fast food places. But now my order is alot different.
