Thank you mother nature!!! Due to the high winds/dust, last weeks elimination was postponed. Yea!
We had a good workout with gary. The kettlebells are a good workout.
My weightloss kicked in again, 11 lbs this week! It be nice if I could do that everyweek, but i'm happy that i lost weight.
Finally! I lost 6 1/2 lbs this week! Melanie told me to go back to what was working before, so I stopped the weights and went back to cardio and it worked. I will keep it up.
After working out this week, I managed to gain 2 lbs. Very frustrating. Hopefully, It's because I gained muscle ( I hit the weights harder) and I'll start losing again.
I'm at the weight range where I always get stuck and give up. No matter what diet I'm on I always stop losing in 330's. It's frustrating, but this time I'm not giving up!!
Last nights impromptu meeting was great and informative. Boot Camp was canceled (missed you Gary!) And we gathered at the Daily Press. I gained 1.4 ibs. Not good.
Yea! I finally weigh less than what my drivers license says!
It always seems like after a decent week, I have a bad week. I don't do anything any differently. It just works that way. I have been exercising more this week.
