another week has passed. I can not believe it has been since April 22nd we have all been in this! It is amazing the changes that can occur in such a short ammount of time. I have been working so much latley that my routine is all off as is my weight loss, I hope we get back on the train soon because it is leaving the staion and we are going to be left behind!
