Still feeling hungry

I think the worst thing about a new eating plan whatever it may be is the eating plan. You (or at least I) go from eating whenever and whatever I want to eating at specific times, quantities and a variation in foods. This is a tough adjustment especially for a sweetaholic like myself. The funny thing is that I'm not really craving my sweets as badly as I thought I and when I want to eat it. I think I've done pretty good but there is a lot of improvment that needs to be done. I see lots of weakness but I can acknowledge and do better the next time. I'm starting to move more. I went really slow at first I didn't want to hurt myself, not that I'm not hurting right now from my walk, but I know I'll feel better shortly. Well got to go do my sit ups.
