Wednesday Night our meeting was at Dr. Krider's office. I lost the 2 pounds I gained last week and a few more. then we watched half of the movie Super Size Me. Very eye opening. I was super sized at 424 pounds and the movie tells why.I'm looking forward to watching the second half of the movie. To all you out there that love fast food, watch this movie and it might help curb the cravings.
