Last nights impromptu meeting was great and informative. Boot Camp was canceled (missed you Gary!) And we gathered at the Daily Press. I gained 1.4 ibs. Not good. It shows that I have to be on my toes to keep up the weight loss, not to give into temptation like I did. AND workout everyday!!!. I did good the week before, but fell down this week.
As Dr.Krider and Dr. Ajanwachuku have said I have to change my lifestyle when it comes to losing weight. Don't just sit on the couch-MOVE!! and eat right. Great job David and everyone. See everyone next week.
