It always seems like after a decent week, I have a bad week. I don't do anything any differently. It just works that way. I have been exercising more this week.

It always seems like after a decent week, I have a bad week. I don't do anything any differently. It just works that way. I have been exercising more this week.

I really hope I at least stayed the same this week. It's been a tough week. I need to stay focused and get back on track. It's a tough battle.
I was a little surprised with last night's weigh-in, I really feel like I've lost weight, but the scale is so up and down, you never know what it's going to be on Wednesday night at 6pm.
