Tough Week

It always seems like after a decent week, I have a bad week. I don't do anything any differently. It just works that way. I have been exercising more this week. We were thinking that yard work and house work was enough, but IT AIN'T. John's been going to the gym, and I've been using our home equipment (works better for me with my work schedule). Every little bit helps. But we need to go from a little bit to a lot. I can't wait to see last year's challengers and hear their tips and tricks. I am so excited for everyone, and extremely proud. I'm right at 20 pounds lost. 20 pounds I want never to be in my life again. But I have soooo much to lose that I really need to start seeing 2 pounds a week EVERY week. That's my new goal. It is very hard work, but the results will be priceless. We don't get there by eating hamburgers and french fries.
