I am finally seeing the scale move down but i'm sure after lunch today the scale will be back to my same weight on 269, but on the bright side it is better to stay the same then to move up.

I'm really sorry I haven't been able to blog last week. I just got in today after being out of town on business. Last week we had car problems so that created a hardship.
