For whatever reasons the last few weeks have not been kind to me at weigh in time.

This was a rough weekend. Not because it was a holiday but because after several months of aspecial project I went back to working 12 hour shifts on my job.

We survived, but it is bitter sweet when someone has to go. I am looking forward to seeing Robert and Melanie though as they keep losing the pounds.
