We survived, but it is bitter sweet when someone has to go. I am looking forward to seeing Robert and Melanie though as they keep losing the pounds.
Well I lost over 22 lbs in four weeks. I am of course very happy with that, but I know there were times when I could have stayed on task better. But that is the past and now we move ahead. Ronda has done amazing, you have to understand that she is losing this well after already shedding weight since our daughters birth. I am very proud of her.
Well I will work on a more creative entry later in the week, but wanted to make sure I had one done on time.
